4. Booking and Payment

Coaching sessions can be booked through website, email, text message or phone. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule a session with at least 24 hours notice without penalty

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50% charge

No-shows (missed sessions without notice) will be charged in full

5.2 Our Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer to reschedule at no additional cost or provide a full refund.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Individual Sessions
Refunds for individual sessions are available only if cancelled according to the cancellation policy above.

6.2 Packages and Programs

Refunds for coaching packages are available within 14 days of purchase if no sessions have been used

Once you have attended your first session, packages are non-refundable, but remaining sessions may be transferred or rescheduled according to the package terms

Unused sessions in packages expire after 12 months from purchase date

6.3 EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving reason. However, this right expires if you explicitly request that services begin during the withdrawal period and we have fully performed the service.
